Spurs are desperate to add more firepower to their attack next season.
Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing in-form FC Porto front man Jackson Martinez this summer, says the Metro.
The coveted Colombia international has only been at the Dragao for just the one season now, having joined the Portuguese giants from Jaguares de Chiapas for just $11 million in July 2012.
However, the 26-year-old enjoyed a sensational debut campaign for Porto, scoring 26 goals in only 30 league appearances for the club, and overall he netted 34 goals in just 42 appearances in all competitions as his side won the title.
And now Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is understood to be keen to raid his old club in order to bring the deadly marksman to White Hart Lane when the summer transfer window finally reopens for business on July 1.
However, with a contract at Porto that runs until June 30 2016, it is believed that the striker will cost the north London club at least £25m to buy this summer.
