The classy central defender has reportedly agreed to penning a two-year professional deal with Spurs as soon as he turns seventeen, despite the fact that Arsenal had looked to pinch him from under their rivals’ noses whilst Carter-Vickers’ future was still uncertain.
He was actually born in Southend, but qualifies for the USA through his father and, to date, has represented them at youth level rather than his native England.
