Etienne Capoue
Etienne Capoue has had a strange Spurs career so far, and his time at White Hart Lane was rumoured to be coming to a premature end in January thanks to interest from Napoli.
However, with Brazilian holding midfielder Sandro a doubt for the game, Capoue is likely to start.
Paulinho
Paulinho has played many of his matches for Tottenham Hotspur further up the field, but the Brazilian may start in a box-to-box role here as Mousa Dembele is rested.
He should be used to the position, as it is the same as that he plays for his country.
Christian Eriksen
The Dane has been revitalised under Tim Sherwood and arguably has the quality to grace the latter stages of the Champions League, rather than UEFA’s secondary club competition.
Eriksen was rested against Newcastle so is likely to start here, with Nabil Bentaleb given a break.
