Brahimi impressed hugely for the Desert Foxes at the summer World Cup, where they lost a narrow last 16 tie against eventual winners Germany, and has earned the nickname ‘the new Zidane’ for his silky creative abilities.
Despite only moving to Porto this summer, Brahimi’s performances at the Estadio Dragao have put him right back in the shop window, with the Algerian already having a Champions League hat-trick to his name since signing from La Liga side Granada.
