Several English sides are keen on Icardi.
Inter Milan youngster Mauro Icardi is drawing plenty of interest from the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur joining Chelsea and Liverpool in the race for his signature, reports CaughtOffside.
The 21-year-old has been impressing at the San Siro since his switch from Sampdoria in the summer of 2013 and as a result Inter value their prized asset at around £28m.
However, in a bid to improve their attack Spurs would be willing to pay that in order to tempt Icardi to move to White Hart Lane.
Although Harry Kane has looked good in front of goal, neither Emmanuel Adebayor or Roberto Soldado have impressed new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
In contrast Icardi has been in fine form this season and already has 11 strikes in just 17 appearances in all competitions and Pochettino wants his fellow Argentine to join him in North London.
Atletico Madrid are also understood to be keeping tabs on the forward.
