Read our player ratings for the home team:
Hugo Lloris: 6/10
Wasn’t at fault for the goal, although he did put Chiriches in a slightly awkward position. Otherwise untroubled.
Kyle Naughton: 6
A solid showing from the deputy Kyle, who almost scored in the first half with a low drive.
Danny Rose: 4
A woeful performance by Rose against his former club. He over-hit several crosses after getting in promising positions and gave away a number of needless, silly fouls.
Vlad Chiriches: 5
The Romanian was guilty of a dreadful error on his first team return but improved afterwards and broke forward nicely at times.
Younes Kaboul: 6
An improved performance from Kaboul. Spurs fans will be delighted to see him over his injury problems.
