Substitutes:
Vlad Chiriches – 7/10
Vlad Chiriches replaced Harry Kane after the sending off of Younes Kaboul, and looked far more assured than the Frenchman at centre back.
He allowed Spurs to play the ball out from the back, as well as making superior defensive contributions.
Sandro – 6/10
A team as direct as West Ham United shouldn’t really be dominating midfield against a team like Tottenham Hotspur, but with no natural holding midfielder, that was the case for much of the first half.
Sandro actually managed to stem the tide somewhat when he came on after the break, but it was all too late.
Roberto Soldado – 4/10
Roberto Soldado appears absolutely bereft of confidence, and despite his expensive summer transfer, he is now at the bottom of the Tottenham striker pecking order.
Soldado had a couple of shooting opportunities to get Spurs back in the game. Needless to say, neither were on target.
