Gala’s Burak Yilmaz linked with White Hart Lane switch.
Galatasaray striker Burak Yilmaz is the latest in a long list of strikers to be linked with a summer move to Tottenham.
Turkish newspaper Aksam claim Spurs are ready to make a €20m (£17.3m) bid for the 27-year-old, who bagged 24 Super Lig goals in 30 appearances last season.
Yilmaz also scored eight goals in just nine Champions League games and finished the competition as joint-third top scorer behind Robert Lewandowski and Cristiano Ronaldo, as Gala reached the quarter-finals.
Spurs are on the lookout for a new striker after disappointing seasons for Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe.
The north London outfit have been linked with moves for Barcelona striker David Villa and Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke.
Atletico Madrid and Fiorentina are both thought to be also tracking Yilmaz, who scored 33 goals in 34 games at Trabzonspor in 2011/12, before Gala signed the forward last summer.
