Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen feels confident that his side can get the better of Chelsea again in this season’s Capital One Cup final after beating them 5-3 in the Premier League.

The Danish international says that shock result back in January has given he and his team mates a boost, with confidence previously low in the big games after a number of poor results last season.
“The confidence we take from that game is the most important thing. We can do it again,” he is quoted as saying in the Sun.
“We showed we can play against them and beat them.
“Maybe they got a knock on their confidence. Last season against the top four we lost with big scorelines and had some difficult games.
“This season we’ve shown real character as a team. When you beat teams you have not beaten for a long time it gives you that extra confidence.”
