Defender the latest Spurs player to succumb to injury.
Just as Tottenham’s injury woes appear to be easing, another one bites the dust.
Kyle Walker left White Hart Lane on cructhes following Spurs’ 2-0 win over Crystal Palace today, according to reliable Press Association journalist Paul Hirst.

Walker was substituted in the 47th minute of the match with a suspected groin complaint and the England international is now expected to join fellow defenders Younes Kaboul and Jan Vertonghen in the treatment room.
Spurs had 11 first team players missing for last weekend’s defeat against Arsenal but Lewis Holtby, Jermain Defoe and Kyle Naughton all returned to the bench for the win over Palace.
Walker has played in 20 of Spurs’ 21 league games so far this season.
