Leyton Orient’s Obudajo is a £1m target.
League One has been dominated by Leyton Orient this year as the east London side are unbeaten and now rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are on the hunt for Moses Obudajo, reports the Metro.
Manchester United are also interested but Spurs are prepared to pay £1m in January for the the 20-year-old.
However, Orient want £3m for a player that has helped the side to top of the table with eight wins from nine league games.
Despite having already spent £107m this summer, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has sanctioned more funds to be given to manager Andre Villas-Boas in the New Year.
Obudajo has two goals and four assists for the dominant Orient, after progressing from their youth academy and being promoted to the first team last summer after successful loan spells.
The Englishman generally operates on the right side of midfield, but can also play at right-back and would offer defensive cover at full-back – an area Spurs are lacking.
The north London club are not strangers to poaching talent from the lower divisions in England, with Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker joining from Sheffield United in an £8m joint deal, whilst captain Michael Dawson was signed from Nottingham Forest.
Aaron Lennon also joined from Leeds United, whilst world record signing Gareth Bale originally arrived at White Hart Lane from Southampton when the Saints were a Championship club.
