Frenchman says club are rapidly making up ground on Premier League top three.
Hugo Lloris believes Tottenham are a better team than North London rivals Arsenal but remains wary of slipping up in the race for fourth place.

Tottenham currently sit in the final Champions League spot, four points ahead of the Gunners who lie fifth, with 12 Premier League games remaining.
Lloris remains wary of a late surge by Arsenal but says only runaway leaders Manchester United, plus Man City and Chelsea, are currently better than Spurs – and the Frenchman believes the North Londoners are closing in fast.
“Today, there’s United, City and Chelsea who are a cut above, and who have more financial means. But Tottenham is just behind,” said Lloris, who joined Spurs from Thursday’s Europa League opponents Lyon in the summer.
“The club has been trying to establish itself in the top four for some years now.
“For the minute, the season has been promising, but the hardest part is yet to come because there are still a number of key matches to be played and we’ll have to be ready for that.”
Last season, Spurs blew a ten-point lead over Arsene Wenger’s men and eventually finished fourth, missing out on a place in the Champions League after fifth-placed Chelsea won the crown.
Lloris was not at the club then but know that a late run from Arsenal could see Spurs miss out again.
“For the moment, we’re well-placed, though we’re not beyond a possible charge by Arsenal.“
