Wide receiver Percy Harvin was recently traded to the New York Jets from the Seattle Seahawks for a conditional mid-round draft pick, and negative rumors about the receiver have since spread.
Details include Harvin allegedly fighting with Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate, who was also in Seattle until this season. This reportedly involved Harvin giving him a black eye and nearly breaking his neck during Super Bowl week.
However, Harvin denies having anger issues. This will likely be hard to believe though since Harvin has a checkered past dating back to his days at University of Florida, and quarterback Russell Wilson expressed his desire to help him out with his anger issues.
Here is a tweet from NFL Network national reporter Albert Breer on Harvin’s response to these rumors.
Percy Harvin denies he has anger management issues, says he has no problem with Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, etc.
