Khedira’s current deal at the Bernabeu reaches its conclusion at the end of the season and, with the German very much on the periphery of Carlo Ancelotti’s side after a string of injury problems, it had been suggested that one of the Premier League’s London giants would look to lure him to England.
Their hopes of doing so will have taken a blow through Khedira’s latest comments however, with the former Vfb Stuttgart man telling the German press that he would be happy to pen an extension:
“If we can reach a solution, I’ll be very happy.”
