Southampton are reportedly on the verge of signing Sporting Lisbon right-back Cedric Soares.
The 23-year-old, who is generally known by his forename, could put pen to paper on a contract with the Saints later today, according to the Metro.

Should Southampton complete their move for Cedric, who was apparently the subject of a £3.6m bid from Stoke City recently, Nathaniel Clyne would seemingly take one step further towards the St Mary’s exit door.
Clyne has been heavily linked with both Liverpool and Manchester United.
With Southampton set to buy what appears to be a direct replacement, the Clyne transfer war could intensify.
