West Ham, Aston Villa and Everton are among the sides interested in Atsu.
Chelsea’s 22-year old winger Christian Atsu, who was bought from FC Porto last season, has emerged as a loan target for fellow Premier League sides West Ham United, Aston Villa and Everton, reports the Daily Mirror.
Atsu impressed at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil with Ghana, and has already spent a loan spell at Chelsea’s favourite feeder club Vitesse Arnhem.
Jose Mourinho might want to see how the youngster adapts to the Premier League before deciding on his future, and thus could be keen on loaning him out in England this season.
Atsu scored five times in 28 games for Vitesse last season, and has reportedly attracted attention from as many as 15 clubs across Europe.
Most of the offers have been rebuffed, but with Chelsea already having an abundance of talent at their disposal, a loan deal for Atsu would be the most logical decision.
One of the interested parties Everton are probably the front runners in the chase for the Ghanaian, but they are waiting to take a call on last season’s Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku, before asking for Atsu.
