In a blow to the hopes of those that want to see Sepp Blatter de-throned from his position, the CONMEBOL federation has said they’ll definitely be voting for him in next year’s FIFA elections.
Blatter has faced mounting calls to step down from a reign that has been characterised by corruption, lies and scandals.

Despite world-wide condemnation, the heads of the CONMEBOL FAs have confirmed they will vote for him. It remains to be seen if this impacts the possible UEFA/FIFA split.
