News broke this week that serial physio botherer Abou Diaby could be handed a new deal to stay at Arsenal despite his terrible track record of making just 22 appearances over the past four seasons.

And it is fair to say that the Gunners faithful aren’t overly enamoured with the idea of keeping a player that features less frequently than a solar eclipse on the payroll when they should be looking to increase their home grown quota and free up space in the squad for new faces in the process.
A number of disgruntled supporters took to their social media accounts to express their disbelief, amongst other things, though many just came across as a hilarious divulgence of annoyance.
The 28-year-old has been blighted by a series of injury complaints in recent years, and must surely go down as one of the most injury prone players in Premier League history.
