Blues could play games at home of English rugby whilst Stamford Bridge is developed.
Tottenham Hotspur are not the only Premier League club on the hunt for a temporary home whilst their ground is redeveloped, it would appear, with Chelsea having held preliminary talks about playing games at Twickenham according to the Express.

The Blues recently unveiled plans to redeveloped Stamford Bridge, increasing the capacity to 60,000, after their search for a potential site for a new ground proved to be fruitless, but as with Tottenham and White Hart Lane, such a plan would necessitate the club spending time away from home.
This has led to early talks with the RFU over the club playing games at Twickenham, an 82,000 capacity stadium in South West London, but it is not yet clear what timeframe Chelsea have for the work at Stamford Bridge.
