While Kevin Garnett secured a return to the Minnesota Timberwolves and Arron Afflalo moved on to the Portland Trail Blazers, deals revolving around Goran Dragic heading to the Miami Heat and Reggie Jackson moving to the Detroit Pistons ensured that pandemonium ensued on Thursday afternoon.
Teams exchanged multiple future Draft picks in the trade deals as well as players, with the Denver Nuggets going into rebuild mode while the Phoenix Suns brought an end to their three-man guard rotation.
The Oklahoma City Thunder appear to be receiving the majority of the praise for their work in the market, but the Milwaukee Bucks also deserve a mention after acquiring Michael Carter-Williams and Miles Plumlee to add to the exciting young talent they already have on the roster.
Nevertheless, the madness was difficult to follow in the closing few minutes and here is the general reaction to the trade deadline:
Good lord.

Meanwhile, Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid needed a hand in following all the goings-on and would probably have needed reassurance that he hadn’t been traded himself.
