The 2014-15 Premier League’s PFA Team of the Year was announced a short while ago, with Chelsea dominating.
Blues stars Branislav Ivanovic, John Terry, Gary Cahill, Nemanja Matic, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa were joined by Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez, Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho, Southampton’s Ryan Bertrand, Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane and Manchester United’s David de Gea.
Moments after the team was revealed, hoards of football fans stormed onto Twitter to have their say.
There were very few complaints about Chelsea filling up more than half the side.
In fact, many people argued that there should have been more Stamford Brdge men included – Cesc Fabregas and Cesar Azpilicueta were the men highlighted as unlucky to miss out.
Meanwhile, Coutinho’s inclusion was not endorsed by a lot of tweeters.

How the hell did Coutinho make the PFA Team Of The Year? Few goals, few assists. A few high profile 'screamers' I guess. Odd choice.

How is Phillipe Coutinho in the PFA team of the year? His stats are worse than Di Maria's! Cazorla's had a much better season than Coutinho

Must also be said that the PFA Team of the Year badly needs modernising if it thinks 4-4-2 is still the way to go.
