Tottenham Hotspur flop Erik Lamela could be heading out of the Premier League, with a return to Serie A seeming like the most likely option for the Argentinian winger. The former AS Roma man and record signing at White Hart Lane has been linked with a trio of clubs in Italy – Fiorentina, Inter Milan and Napoli. Lamela has been troubled by a recurrent back injury throughout his time in North London as criticism has mounted at the club’s decision to part with almost £30 million for his services.
