Liga giants are keen to bring the youngster to the Mestalla for next season.
Valencia are interested in signing Chelsea midfield player Oriol Romeu this summer, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.
The Spain Under-23 international has only been at Stamford Bridge for the past two seasons now, having originally arrived in west London from Liga giants FC Barcelona for just 5 million euros in July 2011.
However, after a highly promising first season at Stamford Bridge under previous Blues head coach Roberto Di Matteo, in which the 22-year-old made 24 appearances in all competitions for the club, the previous campaign proved not so successful for Romeu after he picked up a knee injury that restricted him to only nine matches in all competitions.
And now Liga outfit Valencia are said to be keen to bring the defensive midfield player back to Spain when the summer transfer window reopens for business on July 1, although any possible deal hinges on whether or not new Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho plans on using Romeu as part of his first-team squad in the capital next season.
