Another roster casualty to Chelsea’s overall poor play and Pedro’s dominance, Victor Moses might not be missed.
With the transfer window closing soon, Chelsea are looking to unload one of their less useful wingers and will give up on Victor Moses.
According to the Metro, West Bromwich Albion are close to a transfer deal for the 24-year-old Nigerian winger with only 48 hours left in the summer transfer window. The Metro reports that West Bromwich Albion have asked about a loan deal for the £10 million-rated winger but would be willing to acquire him permanently for a lower price.
Moses joined Chelsea in 2012 and made 23 Premier League appearances and recorded 4 Europa League goals as the Blues won the tournament.
Over the next two years Victor would be sent to Liverpool and Stoke City on loan spells and returned to Stamford Bridge at the start of the 2015-16 season. But besides a substitution in garbage time of their FA Community Shield loss to Arsenal, Moses has not appeared for the Blues in the Premier League this year.
Moses would be the second winger to be shown the door out of Stamford Bridge after Juan Cuadrado was sent to Juventus last week. Chelsea have been doing fine on the wing ever since they brought in Pedro.
