Rutgers dominated Tulane in the first quarter with a 14-0 run, but the Scarlet Knights blew the game open with this record-breaking pass from QB Gary Nova to WR Andrew Turzilli. A 93-yard bomb that made the score 21-0 in the second quarter.
With the pass, Nova broke the Rutgers all-time pasing TD record previously held by Mike Teel.
That 93-yard TD is also the longest TD pass by any Rutgers player since the 1970s!
