Adelaide coach Brenton Sanderson speaks at the club’s 2013 launch.
Speaking at the Adelaide Crows 2013 season launch, coach Brenton Sanderson believes the club needs to concentrate on the present this year.
The South Australian club had their best result since 2006 when they finished the 2012 in second place. The Crows were knocked out of the preliminary final by Hawthorn by a 5-point margin.
Sanderson said in his speech to players, families and fans that the key to Adelaide’s success in 2013 would be to forget about the past.
Whilst acknowledging the club’s 22-year history, Sanderson believes players need to live in the moment rather than old performances.
