Huge final quarter sees the away side secure their first win of the season.
A five-goal final term to the Adelaide Crows has seen them run out 19-point winners against the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba.
The 14.12 (96) to 10.17 (77) victory was a much-needed one for the Crows after going down to Essendon in the first round.
Taylor Walker was a star up forward for Adelaide in kicking two goals and gaining 12 possessions, while Patrick Dangerfield was arguably the best on ground after also kicking two majors and securing 23 disposals.
It was a golden chance for the Lions to grab their first win after being thumped by the Western Bulldogs in round one, with the home side holding a slender eight-point advantage at the final change.
But despite the best efforts of Pearce Hanley (30 disposals and 1.1) the Lions fell for the second time this year.
