Queensland claim victory in Australian derby.
The Queensland Reds came from behind to beat the Melbourne Rebels 23-13 with a second half surge to keep in touch of conference leaders ACT Brumbies.
The 2011 Super Rugby Champions scored two tries to one, with Wallaby flyhalf Quade Cooper proving the difference with two conversions and three penalties.
After trailing 13-10 at halftime the Queensland side lifted in the second half as the Rebels slumped to another second half collapse.
Filling in for Wallaby scrumhalf Will Genia, Nick Frisby dashed over in the left corner two minutes into the second-half to begin the Reds resurgence.
Despite having much of the possession the Rebels were put to the sword by great kicking from Cooper.
Melbourne will be ruing another match that slipped through their fingers after losing three out of four matches in which they have led at halftime.
