Johnson hasn’t been shy this week as the outspoken American has labelled his rival a “media hype job” and insists that he will be the man to inflict a first loss on the Olympic gold medallist.
The ‘Kingpin’ has also revealed that he has been training in the UK for the past four weeks, although he is keeping the location secret with speculation suggesting that he may well have been in camp with another British fighter.
Regardless, Joshua remains as confident as ever that he will continue his winning ways and make it 13 wins as a professional as he also bids to become the first man to stop his opponent.
Despite the fact that Johnson has been in the ring with the likes of Vitali Klitschko previously, he has never been stopped and many believe that Joshua can do so with the 25-year-old revealing that he plans to break his rival down over the 10 rounds and eventually get the KO.
However, he also paid respect to his experienced opponent, and the Londoner will be fully aware of the fact that this is his toughest test so far as he continues his ascent up the world rankings towards a title shot.
