The Arizona Cardinals are holding a 20-14 lead over the San Francisco 49ers, and they were able to come up with a surprise play in the process.
On one play, quarterback Drew Stanton looked ready to make a pass but he handed the ball off to wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr., who attempted a throw and completed a 10-yard pass to fellow wide receiver Michael Floyd.
This was an indication of how badly the 49ers secondary struggled against the Cardinals’ passing attack.
Here is a video from Vine of Ginn completing this surprising pass attempt.
