The England winger’s decision to swap shirts with Monaco defender Aymen Abdennour did not go down well with some supporters after they witnessed another poor showing in this competition.
Still, Walcott’s reaction may only have made things worse as he appeared to gesture that he wasn’t bothered by their reaction.
Walcott came on as a substitute in the 3-1 defeat, which puts Arsene Wenger’s side in serious danger of dropping out of the competition at this stage for the fifth season in a row.
