New Zealand have found themselves in early trouble in the Cricket World Cup final at the MCG after losing key wickets early against Australia at the MCG.

After losing the supremely talented Brendon McCullum in the first over, the Black Caps needed both Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson to put the pressure back onto the Australian bowlers, however both have succumbed to Glenn Maxwell and Mitchell Johnson respectively.
Guptill looked to be settling into the match after overcoming early nerves, however he looked completely out-of-sorts after being caught out by a Glenn Maxwell delivery:

The loss of Guptill and Williamson has left New Zealand reeling at 39-3 after 12 overs, putting plenty of pressure on Ross Taylor and semi-final hero Grant Elliot to put the Kiwi’s innings back on track.
