The Wildcats continued to execute what they do best, which is shooting three-pointers, as they sunk 50 percent of them on 22 attempts.
Meanwhile, the Leopards, who are also a three-point shooting-happy team, were held to 4-of-18 shooting beyond the arc.
Villanova instantly took a big lead in the game and never let it slip away as it continued to grow into even more of a blowout by the minute.
The entire starting five was able to score in double digits, and the entire team shot a whopping 63.2 percent from the field.
For the Leopards, forward Dan Trist managed to score 18 points while grabbing nine rebounds.
