Dirrell clearly has had enough of hearing about Groves…
Anthony Dirrell has promised his fans that they won’t have to wait too long before he inflicts another knock-out loss on George Groves.

Dirrell was granted the opportunity to make a voluntary defence of his WBC super-middleweight title before his mandatory against Groves, but it has yet to be announced who he will face.
Initial speculation has suggested that Badou Jack is a candidate, and although it will be a tough fight for the American, it is one that he will be confident of winning.
Meanwhile, Groves has now established himself as the mandatory challenger for his belt after his win over Christopher Rebrasse last year although he has looked far from impressive in his last two performances since being stopped by Carl Froch at Wembley last May.
Nevertheless, he has been campaigning for Dirrell to face him and along with his promoter Kalle Sauerland, they have finally got a reaction out of the American who took to Twitter to deliver a short video message.
“Hey fans, hold tight. George Groves will get knocked out soon after this title defence,” he said.
Dirrell captured the title last August when he defeated Sakio Bika in 12 rounds on the undercard of Kell Brook vs Shawn Porter, and he will now have four months to make his voluntary defence before negotiations can start with Groves.
