Hearn says Golovkin is option for Froch: Hopkins and DeGale also on the list.
Murray provided a real test for the Kazakh star, taking him into deeper water than he has ever been in before in his professional career.
However, Golovkin was in control throughout and dished out considerable punishment on his rival who was floored in the fourth round by a body shot that looked to have ended the fight.
The challenger was able to get to his feet and recover while goading GGG into throwing more shots, but ultimately the accumulation of punches took its toll as the referee was forced to step in and save Murray in the 11th.
Nevertheless, it was another impressive performance from Golovkin despite being unable to claim a stoppage earlier, and he would have benefited from the additional rounds as he looks ahead to another step up in class moving forward.
Having led by a significant gap on the scorecards through, the 32-year-old did look as though he may have been tiring as his punches began to lack the same degree of power.
Meanwhile, a significant amount of respect must be given to Murray for his bravery, but unfortunately for the Brit he didn’t have the power behind his own shots to worry his rival too much.
Golovkin has insisted that he wants the big fights later this year, and he may well be set for the likes of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr after another dominant display.
