Fury is known for his brash personality and unpredictability, but this undoubtedly took it to another level as he showed up late at the media gathering dressed as the superhero.
Shortly after, he participated in a mock fight with a man dressed as the ‘Caped Crusader’s’ nemesis, the Joker, before insulting Klitschko and trainer Jonathan Banks ahead of changing into a suit and returning to the table.
The two heavyweights clash in Dusseldorf on October 24, with Fury hoping to end Klitschko’s long reign at the top of the division.
While the pair met in London on Wednesday afternoon as part of their on-going media obligations, they are not expected to face off again until fight week in Germany.
As reported by Sky Sports, the British star insisted that he would end Klitschko’s career next month, and is supremely confident that he will return to the UK with all three world titles.
The WBO, WBA and IBF champion responded by insisting that he would be dishing out some ‘therapy’ when the two meet in the ring, a similar theme he adopted before defeating David Haye in 2011.
