Well that was fast. Not five minutes into the AFC Divisional Round playoff game between the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts and the QB Peyton Manning has a 7-0 lead against his former team. And it was all set up by this amazing 32-yard catch and run by Broncos TE Julius Thomas:
On the next play Manning threw a one-yard TD pass to WR Demaryius Thomas to give them the 7-0 lead. On both plays Manning torched Colts safety LaRon Landry, a former Pro Bowler.
It’ll take a lot to top a stellar performance like that so early in the game.
