The opening half having of Cagliari Vs Torino had very little in the way of goalmouth action.
That was until inside the final ten minutes, when Angelo Ogbonna bundled over Marco Sau in the area, who stepped up to convert the ensuing penalty. After going behind, Toro were a little better in possession, but were second best at the break.
After a quiet first half between Cagliari and Torino, the second half was played at breakneck speed as the lead changed hands three times thanks to quickfire goals between Alessio Cerci, Alen Stefanovic, Conti, Mauricio Pinilla and Rolando Bianchi.
Torino eventually lost both the hapless Ogbonna and his defensive replacement Abou Diop to red cards and Conti duly exploited the space to drive in a scintillating winner from distance, just seconds before the final whistle.
