Eden Hazard has sent a message of thanks to the Chelsea fans for all the best wishes the attacking midfielder received on the player’s 23rd birthday.
The Belgium international has really taken to life in west London after a £32m transfer from Lille in the summer of 2012 and has been in brilliant form once again this term.
