Chelsea star Ramires scored a stunning header for Brazil as they trounced a hapless Socceroos side in Saturday’s friendly match in Brasilia.
A brace from former Everton and Manchester City striker Jo and a strike from Barcelona superstar Neymar put the Selecao 3-0 up at the break, before Ramires nodded in just before the hour mark.
Maxwell, a half time replacement for injured left-back Marcelo, supplied the cross for the Blues midfielder to steer the ball past club-mate Mark Schwarzer in the Australia goal. Alex Pato and Luis Gustavo added two more for the World Cup hosts in a resounding victory.
