Highlights from Belghium’s 1-0 World Cup qualifying win over Macedonia.
A second half strike from Chelsea’s Eden Hazard was enough to give group leaders Belgium a 1-0 World Cup qualifying win over Macedonia.
The playmaker ghosted past two Macedonia players on the edge of the box, before stabbing home from close range.
Hazard was joined in the Belgian line-up by no fewer than five current Premier League stars, with Tottenham duo Moussa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen, Manchester City’s Vincent Kompany, Arsenal centre-back Thomas Vermaelen and Christian Benteke of Aston Villa all starting.
Chelsea’s on-loan pair Kevin de Bruyne and Thibaut Courtois were also in the XI.
