Red Wings in control throughout as they retake lead in their NHL Playoff series.
The Detroit Red Wings produced a dominant and fine home display as they cruised to a 1-3 home win over the Chicago Blackhawks, and take a 2-1 series lead in the Playoffs.
Two goals in less than a minute from Gustav Nyquist and Drew Miller during the second period took all momentum out of a Blackhawks side that entered the series as clear favourites.
Game four will be played in the Motor City again on Wednesday, as Detroit look to take complete command of the best of seven tie.
