Bulls fail to keep up with the Heat on Sunday.
The last time these two met, the Chicago Bulls ended the Miami Heat’s 27-game winning streak. However, there were no repeats on Sunday, as Miami sealed a 105-93 win.
LeBron James had a game-high 24 points, seven rebounds and six assists, while Dwyane Wade continued his comeback from injury with 22 points of his own as Miami moved their record to 64-16 for the season.
The Heat had six players in double figures by the end of the game, in what was undoubtedly more than just a tune-up for the post season. Played as a tense and highly-competitive game, it was another physical battle between the Eastern rivals.
Luol Deng led the way for the Bulls with 19 points, but it wasn’t enough to prevent the loss. Chicago travel to Orlando to face the Magic on Monday, while the Heat take on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
