Lillard’s previous best involved “No Rings” with whole host of NBA greats…
Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard is building a reputation for his comedic commercials and he delivers again in the latest spot for adidas.
The 24-year-old is promoting the company’s new line of basketball shoes that uses its ‘Boost’ technology, although he offers a different insight to life if he were a “Bust”.
Lillard is portrayed as a popcorn-making move theatre employee who serves customers with Turner Sports reporter Rachel Nichols also making an appearance to get his reaction to how he feels he is performing.
In a world without Boost, Lillard’s talents are restricted to standing behind a counter, but transforming back to the NBA All-Star clearly suits the Blazers guard.
Lillard appeared with Derrick Rose at a launch event in Las Vegas last week, while adidas have also revealed that future campaigns will feature the likes of Joakim Noah and Jeff Teague. Based on this offering, it appears as though they have got some fun things lined up for us in the near future…
