Former world heavyweight champion David Haye has discussed recent rumours that he has split with long-time trainer Adam Booth as he looks ahead to a comeback.
The British star refused to go into details about his future plans outside of the ring, merely insisting that when deals are concluded he will then share news with his fans.
It had been widely reported earlier this week that the 33-year-old had split with trainer and friend Booth, but Haye would neither confirm nor dismiss the news as he sported a new look in the interview.
The former champion is currently in Las Vegas continuing his training and is looking forward to attending Floyd Mayweather vs Marcos Maidana 2 on Saturday night at the MGM Grand, but he is also happy with how his own rehabilitation has gone and confirmed that he is in great shape.
Haye is expected to make his comeback later this year, although he did concede that he is in no position to immediately demand any title fights and is looking forward to working his way back up the rankings before being crowned a heavyweight champion for a second time.
