Pistons edge closely-fought game with Bobcats.
The Detroit Pistons sealed a tight 92-91 win over the Charlotte Bobcats, with Charlie Villanueva scoring 15 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter.
The win ends a 10 game losing streak for Detroit, with coach Lawrence Frank relieved to finally put a win up on the board.
Kemba Walker had a game-high 25 points for the Bobcats, who saw their season-high two game winning streak ended by the narrowest of margins.
The Pistons will now hope to gain some confidence from this win as they host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday, while Charlotte visit the Miami Heat on Sunday.
