New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was finally able to come away with his first Super Bowl ring of his career in Super Bowl 49.

He had entered his fifth season in the NFL and was able to stay healthy for the entire season after enduring many injuries throughout his early career.
The tight end has enjoyed his offseason to its fullest, and his full health has allowed him to play sports such as dodgeball on an ice rink.
Gronkowski participated in a dodgeball match at a game played by the Florida Everblades, who are the minor-league affiliate team for the Carolina Hurricanes and Tampa Bay Lightning.
What makes this even more unique is the fact that Gronkowski wore sneakers, not skates. This shows that the tight end is not afraid to live life on the edge despite his injury history.
