Joe Johnson is the new king of Brooklyn after sinking two scores as time expires to lead Nets to victory.
Every aspiring Basketball player dreams of the moment he has the chance to score the winning shot as time expires.
Well Tuesday night, Brooklyn Nets small forward got to do it…twice!
With his team down by three as regulation time expired, Johnson sunk a three pointer to send the game into overtime. The second time came at the end of overtime, with the ball in hand, Johnson charged the rim before hitting the fade-away jumper, sealing the Nets unprobable victory.
It will be a night the 31 year-old will not forget and one that seriously puts Brooklyn near the top of the Eastern Conference standings.
