Big name centre goes about his business after much-hyped signing.
Dwight Howard has attempted to quieten the noise around his name by going back to work this NBA off-season.
But with a personality to match the hype around his recent off-season movements from Orlando, to Los Angeles and now to Houston, any news is big news when it comes to Howard.
After completing a 90-minute workout with the all-time Rockets great and NBA Hall-of-Famer Hakeem Olajuwon in a bid to improve his footwork in the post, his name is in the headlines again.
Howard made it no secret his desire to work with Olajuwon and current Houston coach Kevin McHale to improve his post-play, with both men, in particular Olajuwon, recognised as two of the best forwards to have ever played the game.
However, as opposed to the drama surrounding his move from the Magic to the Lakers, Howard has been much more subdued since signing with the Rockets.
After the mandatory press conferences and interviews about why he chose Houston over a host of other suitors including Golden State, Dallas or re-signing with the Lakers, D12 has been largely off the radar as he looks to restore some of his credibility lost during his one-off, but turbulent season, in Laker purple and gold.
