Despite being the top ranked running back in the draft, the Alabama prospect did nothing to impress NFL scouts.
Alabama running back Eddie Lacy may be considered the top running back in the 2013 NFL Draft class, but he failed to show NFL scouts at his pro day any improvements in his game that would make him a sure fire first round pick.
After running a 4.7 second 40 yard dash, Lacy ran cone drills and passing routes, but lacked finish in his drills and seemed severely unconditioned to be a dominant back in the NFL.
Coaches will no doubt go back to his college tape to further evaluate the Crimson Tide player, and will probably see himself selected in the early picks of the second round.
